International Shipping (Outside the USA)

We ship WORLDWIDE via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking. If your order is heavy based on the weight of the items it will be sent Priority mail. We offer First Class international shipping (7-21 business days) and Priority mail international (6-10 business days). Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight of order and will be displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed and shipped 2-3 business days following your order date. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. 

An email will be sent to you once the tracking number is generated. In the event you have not received an email with your tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox or contact us. Shipping emails with tracking are sent to the email address you entered on the order. Once your item is shipped we will provide tracking and shipping information to that email address only. 

Shipping Multiple Items

Usually, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different warehouses. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order. Our shipping notification emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking number. 

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. Taxes and Duties 

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the import duties, taxes, and charges during checkout. Any applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier upon delivery of the order and are not collected by Unspoken Fashion.

Undeliverable Packages

Rarely, packages are returned to us by the shipping carrier(s) as undeliverable. This means that either the shipping address was incorrect, attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package(s) were unsuccesful, the package(s) were unclaimed, or the package(s) were refused by the recipient.

If we receive your package in the mail as undeliverable, we will issue store credit for the items and deduct the cost of shipping. You can use the store credit at any time and it never expires. 


Unspoken Fashion adds tracking to every order that is shipped. If that tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can reach them by calling 1(800) 222-1811 for domestic and international issues or visiting their website here.

Please check your mailbox, on or around it, your neighborhood, those that live with you and the property manager office (if applicable). Speak with your local post office or the mail person who delivers your mail and do some investigating before you deem the package missing. We will try to help you locate it however Unspoken Fashion is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Package tracking on the carrier's website listed as "DELIVERED" do not qualify for replacements or refunds. Please contact your local post office to make a claim.
