Shipping Multiple Items
Usually, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different warehouses. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order, but only one shipping cost is applicable for your entire order (see cost table above). Undeliverable Packages
Rarely, packages are returned to us by the shipping carrier(s) as undeliverable. This means that either the shipping address was incorrect, attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package(s) failed, the package(s) were unclaimed, or the package(s) were refused by the recipient.
When orders are returned to us as undeliverable, they are subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee. We refund only the product(s) price subtotal less a $23.95 return shipping cost for shoes and/or an $8.95 return shipping cost for all other product(s) and a 15% restocking fee. Products that have been returned to us as undeliverable will be restocked immediately, and we are not able to re-ship them. If you would like to purchase the product(s) again, please place a new order online.
