We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking. Occasionally we ship via FedEx. We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse), and Priority Shipping (2-3 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse). Customers within the United States whose orders total $79 & over can choose FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING CANADA)
We ship to Europe, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Denmark and other international destinations via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking. We offer Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse), and Priority International Shipping (6-10 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse).
PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains items from multiple brands, allow for an extra 5 business days for the package to leave our warehouse as we have to first consolidate the multiple packages into one package. Thank you for your patience.
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the import duties, taxes, and charges during checkout. Any applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier upon delivery of the order and are not collected by Unspoken Fashion.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day following your order date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping emails with tracking are sent to the email address you entered on the order. Once your item is shipped we will provide tracking and shipping information to that email address only. We ask that you please allow 24 to 48 hours from the date you receive the tracking to allow the carrier to scan the shipment and for tracking to be updated with an anticipated delivery date.
For Special Order items by Daisy Corsets, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for production. These items are made after your order is placed. They are identified as Special order items on their individual product pages and are available for Pre Order.
For Face Masks by J Valentine, please allow a few weeks for production. They are working as fast as possible to make them. They are identified on their individual product pages as available for Pre Order. We do have some styles in stock, those say Add to Cart on their individual product pages.
Please be aware that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for packages that are delayed due to service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond UnspokenFashion.com's control, such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, mechanical delays, weather delays, holidays or other unforeseen issues that USPS or the shipping carrier is dealing with. Once USPS or the shipping carrier has your package we are unable to make any changes or speed it along if it is stuck in transit.Shipping Multiple Items
Usually, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from our multiple USA warehouses. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order. Our shipping notification emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking number. We do not charge extra shipping fees for multiple packages.Undeliverable Packages
If we receive your package in the mail as undeliverable (this means that either the shipping address you provided was incorrect, attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package(s) were unsuccessful, the package(s) were unclaimed, or the package(s) were refused by the recipient), we will issue store credit for the items and deduct any shipping costs. You can then use the store credit within one year at Unspokenfashion.com.Note:
Unspoken Fashion adds tracking to every order that is shipped. If that tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can reach them by calling 1(800) 222-1811 for domestic issues or visiting their website here. For UPS or FedEx shipments, you must contact them directly to discuss the issue.
Please check your mailbox, on or around it, your neighborhood, those that live with you and the property manager office (if applicable). Speak with your local post office or the delivery driver who delivers your mail and do some investigating before you deem the package missing. Unspoken Fashion is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Package tracking on the carrier's website listed as "DELIVERED" do not qualify for replacements or refunds. Please contact your local post office or UPS or FedEx to make a claim.
