Shipping Policy


We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking. Occasionally we ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. We offer Economy Shipping (5-8 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse), and Standard Shipping (3-4 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse). Customers within the United States whose orders total $79 & over can choose FREE Shipping (5-8 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse). 

Express Shipping is available, delivery is 1 business day, up to 2 business days to some locations. Contact us for rates.

We ship to Europe, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands and other international destinations via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking. Occasionally we ship via UPS or DHL. We offer Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse), and Priority International Shipping (6-10 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse). For Hades Alternative Shoes, customers can choose FREE DHL Express Shipping (2-6 business days for delivery, once package leaves our warehouse). 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains items from multiple brands, or if your order contains Fashion Shoes, allow for an extra 5 business days for the package to ship from our international fulfillment center in New Jersey. Thank you for your patience.


All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.

Taxes and Duties 

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the import duties, taxes, and charges during checkout. Any applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.  If you decline to pay for these fees, and customs is holding your package, customs will deem the package abandoned and you will not receive a refund.


Shipping rates are displayed on the shipping method page in checkout. We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier (using a comparable service) than what was selected at checkout, when necessary.

Most U.S. domestic orders are shipped within 1 business day following your order date; however do allow up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. Most International orders are shipped within 1 business day following your order date; however do allow up to 5 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping emails with tracking are sent to the email address you entered on the order. Once your item is shipped we will provide tracking and shipping information to that email address only. We ask that you please allow 24 to 48 hours from the date you receive the tracking to allow the carrier to scan the shipment and for tracking to be updated.

For Special Order items by Daisy Corsets, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for production. These items are made after your order is placed. They are identified as Special order items on their individual product pages and are available for Pre Order. ** Pre order items have been disabled from ordering until after Halloween due to the busy season **

Please be aware that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for packages that are delayed due to service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond's control, such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, mechanical delays, weather delays, holidays or other unforeseen issues that USPS or the shipping carrier is dealing with. Once USPS or the shipping carrier has your package we are unable to make any changes or speed it along if it is stuck in transit. 

Shipping Multiple Items

Usually, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from our multiple USA warehouses. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order. Our shipping notification emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking number. We do not charge extra shipping fees for multiple packages.

Undeliverable Packages

If we receive your package in the mail as undeliverable (this means that either the shipping address you provided was incorrect, attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package(s) were unsuccessful, the package(s) were unclaimed, or the package(s) were refused by the recipient), we will email you and give you the option to reship the package to you, in which case you'll be responsible for the reshipping fee. If we don't receive a response from you within 7 days, or if you don't opt to have the package reshipped to you, it will be considered an unauthorized return, and for safety reasons, the package will be disposed of, and no refund will be granted.


Unspoken Fashion adds tracking to every order that is shipped. If that tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can reach them by calling 1(800) 222-1811 for domestic and international issues or visiting their website here. For UPS, DHL or FedEx shipments, you must contact them directly to discuss the issue.

Please check your parcel locker, your mailbox, on or around it, your neighborhood, those that live with you and the property manager office (if applicable). Speak with your local post office or the delivery driver who delivers your mail and do some investigating before you deem the package missing. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to make a claim. Package tracking on the carrier's website listed as "DELIVERED" do not qualify for replacements or refunds.

You can opt for (Route Shipping Insurance) Guide Shipping Protection effective September 27, 2021 when placing an order. If shipping insurance is declined, Unspoken Fashion does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen or damaged.

Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price ($0.98 USD for carts below $100, and 1.5% - 5% for carts greater than $100). With Route, you don't have to worry about what to do if your order is lost, stolen, or broken. Simply report an issue, and we will refund or reorder your item(s).

When you purchase Route Package Protection, you can report an order issue for packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged. Read Route Package Protection Policies.

All issues must be reported within 60 days of the order date.

Ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
Lost: Within 30 days from the last tracking update
Stolen: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

When you purchase a product with Route Package Protection, you will get an email with your Route Order ID and a link to report an issue.

As of September 17, 2021,¬†Unspoken Fashion has partnered with¬†Guide Shipping Protection.¬†By¬†selecting Guide Shipping Protection¬†at checkout your order will be protected from loss¬†or damage while in transit or ‚Äúporch pirated‚ÄĚ (‚Äúporch pirated‚ÄĚ meaning the carrier reports the status as ‚Äúdelivered‚ÄĚ but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and reasonable measures have been taken to located it).

If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to to file a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.

Claims for packages marked ‚Äúdelivered‚ÄĚ yet not received and where there is no evidence of ‚Äúporch piracy‚ÄĚ must be made 5 days after ‚Äúdelivery date‚ÄĚ but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.‚ÄĚ

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not ‚Äúdelivered‚ÄĚ) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
