Customers within the 48 contiguous United States typically will receive their order anywhere from 2-3 business days from the date it leaves the warehouse. After your order is verified and prepared for shipment, it will typically leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier(s) we've used to ship your order, and the tracking number(s) for it.

Shipping Multiple Items
Usually, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different warehouses. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order, but only one shipping cost is applicable for your entire order (see cost table above). Our shipping notification emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking number.
Rarely, packages are returned to us by the shipping carrier(s) as undeliverable. This means that either the shipping address was incorrect, attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package(s) failed, the package(s) were unclaimed, or the package(s) were refused by the recipient.
When orders are returned to us as undeliverable, they are subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee. We refund only the product(s) price subtotal less a $23.95 return shipping cost for shoes and/or an $8.95 return shipping cost for all other product(s) and a 15% restocking fee. Products that have been returned to us as undeliverable will be restocked immediately, and we are not able to re-ship them. If you would like to purchase the product(s) again, please place a new order online.
Unspoken Fashion is not responsible for packages listed as delivered with tracking information provided. If you should have any issues with your package (other than receiving a damaged parcel), please contact your local post office immediately and speak with your postmaster or the mail person who delivers your mail (or contact customer service if the carrier is Fedex or UPS). Package tracking on the carrier's website listed as "DELIVERED" do not qualify for replacements or refunds.
